The TRON Foundation published its weekly DApp report today, using figures and data gathered by DAppReview. The report states that the number of TRON DApps has continued to increase since last week, reaching a total of 611, with 8 new DApps making their debut.

The report also suggests that the average number of active users remained roughly unchanged over the last week, as did transaction volume. Further, the DApp Experience Report highlighted a couple of DApps, the first of which is the SummaTRON-API.

SummaTRON-API works like 2-Factor Authentication systems, where only TRON account holders will be allowed to send related tokens to another account. According to the report, any company that wants to implement a strong user identification system must create a TRON account and buy a certain number of related tokens. The company also needs to send a token to the project account and indicate the name of the Web as part of the registration process.

Users are also required to install a wallet which will automatically create a TRX account, and are required to register this account on the company’s website, following which a number of tokens will be sent to the account. As a final step, the company’s API will display a QR code for users to scan and send related tokens.

The other DApp highlighted in the report is Cryptospots — an interactive map allowing enterprisers to receive digital assets. The report elaborated on how distributors and consumers alike can create accounts, view enterprises, register, comment, search and socialize from within the DApp.

The report added that Cryptospots will be rewarding its users with TRX or other corresponding tokens.
