Litecoin surges by 4% in two hours, ZEC and OMG follow suit

The price of Bitcoin has been surging at the time of the press and has been marching along with the alts. Bitcoin’s price was up by 4.23% in 3 hours and the alts also indicated a rising price.

Litecoin ranked seventh on CoinMarketCap, with a market cap of $2.69 billion. The coin has been surging by 3.99% in 2 hours, where the price of LTC jumped from $40.62 to $42.24. However, at press time, the value had reduced to $42.11. The coin had breached its immediate resistance at $41.71

According to Awesome Oscillator, even though the trend was bullish, it was a weaker one, as the momentum had reduced.

The 26th coin on the CoinMarketCap was also noting almost a 10% spark in its value. The sudden boost helped the coin push past the immediate resistance at $34.86 and was valued at $35.74. The price of the coin could be expected to rise and it was affirmed by the Chaikin Money Flow indicator that pointed above the zero mark.

The OMG has been ranked the lowest among the above-mentioned list of alts. The coin had a market cap of $78.29 million. The coin lost all its gains in the drastic fall in March and has been noting a fall of 9.66%. The immediate resistance of the coin was marked at $0.5814 and support at $0.4170.

According to Bollinger Bands, the volatility had reduced in the OMG market, whereas, the moving average had slid under the candlesticks, indicating bullish momentum.
