When the Hollywood celebrity published the aforementioned tweet to her 8.4 million Twitter followers, Bitcoin price dipped to a new low for the day. However, the asset showed a 1.2% hike in the past hour and has been trading at roughly $44,451 at press time.
Most of Lohan’s followers from the crypto space appreciated the tweet and also wanted the actress to shill meme coin Doge.
The joke currency has in fact soared in popularity and price in recent times, especially after Elon Musk began to tweet about it.
In fact, Doge reached a new daily high of $0.082 on 10 February, thanks to another Elon Musk tweet that caused a 20% spike in its price. Musk recently claimed that he bought Dogecoin for his son famously named ‘X Æ A-Xii’ also known as Little X.

If this is true, then Elon Musk’s son is now the youngest known Doge hodler. More importantly, his tweet has established another fact that every time Musk tweets about Doge, the price of the crypto is sure to rise. As it did the last couple of times, when Elon Musk once tweeted “One word: Doge” which caused the crypto to surge by 20%, while another tweet increased Dogecoin prices by 14%.
